Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, CS or equivalent.
• Experience supporting automation-enabled processes or shared services.
• Ability to analyze information and follow established procedures to achieve accurate outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute human-in-the-loop activities supporting Level 1 automation processes with governance.
• Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex process exceptions from automated workflows.
• Identify and escalate complex or non-standard situations to stakeholders.
• Monitor trends and performance indicators to spot recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Document findings to support governance reviews and decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support corrective actions and stability initiatives.
• Provide operational updates and insights using reporting processes.
• Coordinate with World Area Customer Operations and Quote & Order Operations for alignment.
• Support stabilization of new automations through validation and monitoring.
