Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team. You will perform hands-on testing, automation development, and data-driven analysis to ensure reliable software releases.

The role emphasizes exploring, validating, and automating tests across UI, API, and data workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise test quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 4 years in software quality assurance with manual and automated testing of complex software.
Knowledge of software testing principles, exploratory testing, risk-based testing, and defect management.

Responsibilities

Champion quality across the software delivery lifecycle and support informed release decisions.
Develop understanding of software platforms, workflows, integrations, and use cases.
Translate requirements into test strategies addressing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
