Job summary

Emerson Philippines is seeking an Engineer II, Automation Operations to support automation-enabled operations. You will execute human-in-the-loop activities, monitor health, and help ensure compliant, efficient processes.

Collaboration across World Area Customer Operations and Quote & Order Operations will be key to delivering consistent outcomes. You will analyze operational trends, handle routine to moderately complex exceptions, document findings, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting business operations, automation-enabled processes, or related functions.
• Ability to analyze information and follow established procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Proficiency in documenting operational activities, exceptions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute human-in-the-loop activities for Level 1 automation processes with governance.
• Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex exceptions in automated workflows.
• Elevate complex or ambiguous issues to stakeholders using sound judgment.
• Monitor trends, workload patterns, and performance indicators for improvements.
• Document findings and analysis to support governance reviews and decisions.
• Partner with technical teams to support corrective actions and stability initiatives.
• Prepare operational updates, reports, and insights using established processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of processes.
• Support stabilization of new automations through validation and monitoring.
