You will execute human-in-the-loop activities, monitor automation health, and help ensure reliable, compliant processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will analyze operational trends, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver high-quality outcomes that drive business success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute human-in-the-loop activities supporting Level 1 automation processes with accuracy, quality, and governance.
• Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex process exceptions from automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions.
• Apply sound judgment to elevate complex, ambiguous, or non-standard situations to stakeholders.
• Monitor exception trends, workload patterns, and performance indicators to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Document findings to support decision-making, governance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to support corrective actions and automation stability initiatives.
• Prepare operational updates, reports, and insights using established processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution across business processes.
• Support stabilization of newly implemented automations through validation and monitoring.
