The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to stabilize automation and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include handling routine to moderately complex exceptions, documenting findings, and providing operational insights through reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience supporting business operations or automation-enabled processes.
• Ability to analyze information and follow procedures to achieve accurate outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in documenting operational activities and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute human-in-the-loop activities for Level 1 automation processes with governance and quality.
• Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex process exceptions from automated workflows.
• Apply sound judgment to escalate complex or non-standard situations.
• Monitor exception trends and performance indicators to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Document findings to support decision-making and governance reviews.
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to support corrective actions and stability initiatives.
• Prepare operational updates, reports, and insights using standard processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business processes.
• Support stabilization of new automations through validation and monitoring.
