Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze and document business processes, map workflows, and identify automation opportunities. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria for successful delivery.

You will lead testing activities (UAT/QA), track defects, and coordinate with developers to ensure quality. A steady focus on continuous improvement and change readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes at micro and macro levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating workshops, impact analyses, and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Experience developing test plans and scripts for UAT and QA.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and SDLC governance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with SMEs, developers, and process owners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to map workflows and requirements for automation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Become SME on analyzed processes for automation and enhancement.
• Gather requirements and document epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements workshops and sign-offs with business and tech stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for UAT and QA.
• Identify defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management and business readiness for new tech implementations.
