Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs collaborates with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm to automate complex business processes and accelerate delivery using modern tech stacks. You will design end-to-end automation solutions, leveraging .NET, Angular, Python, and cloud services to improve efficiency across finance and operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, and secure auth protocols, plus exposure to AI/GenAI, NLP, OCR, and BPM/automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent.
• Experience with automation and enterprise software development.
• Proven ability to design and implement automation across E2E lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology to automate and improve business processes.
• Analyze and optimize processes using Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
• Develop and deploy front- and back-end automation apps (REST APIs, microservices).
• Monitor solutions and debug issues; drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor peers and coach others on automation best practices.
• Work across multiple projects to deliver quick wins and strategic outcomes.
