Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to support the DX/Data Operations team in executing data-driven process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on data preparation, automation tasks, and thorough documentation while enabling growth in data analysis, SQL, and system-based automation.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in manufacturing or operations, strong Excel expertise, and familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying is a plus.

• Perform data preparation, automation tasks, and operational data reviews.
