Analyze & Optimize: Evaluate, map, and document business processes across all branches, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and quality management.
Bridge the Gap: Act as the liaison between operating departments and IT, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, workflows, and actionable solution recommendations.
Ensure Compliance & Innovation: Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives while ensuring all operational processes strictly comply with Philippine laws and regulations.
Monitor & Report: Track process performance metrics and submit monthly reports detailing improvement projects, systems evaluations, and key accomplishments.
