Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst to support large-scale transformation to a platform business. You will document current-state Sales and Go-to-Market processes, analyze gaps, and propose automation and AI-enabled improvements.

You’ll work across regions, present findings to senior leaders, and help shape future-state operating models. The role requires strong process analysis, clear documentation, and executive-ready presentations, with collaboration across the Global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting or working on global transformation initiatives within organizations of around 20,000+ employees.
• Demonstrated expertise in technology and digital transformations, enterprise system implementations, process modernization, or automation projects.
• Experience in understanding Sales and Go-to-Market processes, and evaluating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, customer support, workflow management, or collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state sales and go-to-market processes with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and system enhancements.
• Develop future-state maps, operating models, and actionable recommendations.
• Create executive-ready presentations and communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams across regions and countries.
