Job summary

Ingram Micro seeks a seasoned Business Process Analyst to support a global transformation toward a platform business. You will document current-state Sales and Go-to-Market processes, identify gaps, and propose automation and AI enablement opportunities for faster, scalable operations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across regions, prepare executive-ready presentations, and deliver findings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting or working on global transformation initiatives within organisations of around 20,000+ employees.
• Demonstrated expertise in technology and digital transformations, enterprise system implementations, process modernization, or automation projects.
• Proven ability to document current processes, pinpoint gaps, and design improvements for future processes.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes and system touchpoints.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
• Define future-state maps, operating models, and actionable recommendations.
• Support change management, training, adoption strategies, and operational readiness.
