Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Automation Analyst to drive automation initiatives. You will lead discovery sessions, capture business requirements, and produce clear documentation for technical teams.

The role bridges stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment with operational needs. Preferred candidates hold a related degree and have experience in business analysis, documentation, and coordinating multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, MIS, or related field preferred.
Experience in business process analysis, workflow documentation, automation initiatives, or project coordination.
Experience translating business requirements into structured documentation and actionable work items.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders across workstreams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot).
Experience with work-management platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Strong process-mapping and workflow-documentation skills (current-state and future-state).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities across projects.

Responsibilities

Lead process discovery sessions and gather business requirements for automation opportunities.
Document current-state processes, rules, exceptions, and future-state workflows.
Create and maintain process documentation, requirements summaries, workflow maps, and solution materials.
Identify and recommend automation opportunities across operations.
Manage intake coordination, backlog organization, and prioritization readiness across workstreams.
Track progress, risks, dependencies, action items, and status across initiatives.
Serve as bridge between stakeholders, developers, admins, and leadership.
Validate delivered solutions align with business requirements and expectations.
Promote documentation quality, standardization, and governance across automation lifecycle.
