Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a structured, detail-oriented Corporate Automation Analyst based in the Philippines to support automated initiatives for U.S.-based clients.

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and manage backlogs in Azure DevOps or Jira. You will map current and future processes, draft delivery artifacts, ensure governance, and help drive user acceptance testing and change management for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in business process analysis, automation business analysis, workflow documentation, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting BPO, Shared Services, U.S./international, software, or automation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery sessions with overseas stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and operational workflow improvements.
• Create precise Current-State and Future-State process maps and swim lane diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Signavio.
• Maintain Azure DevOps or Jira backlogs, write detailed acceptance criteria, map dependencies, and track delivery statuses across multiple workstreams.
• Assist in defining UAT test cases and validate that automation solutions meet business requirements and performance benchmarks.
• Support post-implementation handoffs, user training materials, and ongoing change management.
