About the role
The Corporate Automation Analyst supports the successful delivery of automation initiatives by leading process discovery, requirements definition, documentation, intake coordination, and project visibility activities. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure that work is clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and aligned to operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process discovery sessions and gather business requirements for automation opportunities and operational improvements.
- Document current-state processes, business rules, exceptions, and desired future-state workflows.
- Create and maintain key delivery artifacts such as process documentation, requirements summaries, workflow maps, and solution support materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement across business operations.
- Manage intake coordination, backlog organization, and prioritization readiness across multiple workstreams.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, action items, and status updates for active initiatives.
- Serve as a communication bridge between stakeholders, developers, administrators, and leadership.
- Help validate that delivered solutions align with business requirements and operational expectations.
- Promote documentation quality, standardization, and governance across the automation lifecycle.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in business process analysis, business analysis, workflow documentation, automation initiatives, or project coordination.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into structured documentation and actionable technical work items.
- Experience coordinating and tracking multiple projects, stakeholders, operational teams, or workstreams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot.
- Experience with work-management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools.
- Strong process-mapping and workflow-documentation skills covering current-state and future-state processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and workstreams.
