Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Purchasing Officer (Automotive Industry) in Quezon City for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will coordinate orders with vehicle dealerships, manage delivery reports, and handle paperwork for vehicle fit-outs and interstate transport to ensure seamless handovers.

The role emphasizes strong data accuracy, communications with suppliers, and timely payments, with opportunities to contribute to ad-hoc projects within the In-life Services team.

Qualifications

• Fleet or Automotive experience in fleet management or dealing with automotive dealerships.
• At least 1 year of document management in admin or customer service.
• Keen eye for detail with ability to process large workloads while maintaining data quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication to manage supplier relationships and update customers.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate tasks against tight delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vehicle dealerships to confirm order acceptance and capture all technical specs.
• Manage weekly delivery confirmation reports, update Miles system and notify customers/sales teams of delays.
• Facilitate third-party vehicle fit-outs and interstate transport with paperwork, registrations and invoices.
• Resolve delivery issues to ensure smooth handover to customers.
• Process high volumes of automated task reports and internal incidents daily to maintain workflow.
• Communicate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Assist In-life Services team with ad-hoc tasks and project-based initiatives.
