Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City is hiring a Purchasing Officer (Automotive Industry) for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will coordinate with vehicle dealerships, manage delivery reports, and handle paperwork for vehicle fit-outs and transport.

Qualifications

• Fleet or Automotive experience with dealerships.
• Experience handling heavy document management in admin or customer service.
• Attention to detail with ability to process high workloads and maintain data quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication to manage supplier relationships and updates.
• Ability to plan and coordinate tasks against strict delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vehicle dealerships to confirm order acceptance and ensure all technical specifications are captured.
• Manage weekly delivery confirmation reports, update date changes in Miles system, and notify customers and sales teams of delays.
• Facilitate third-party vehicle fit-outs and interstate transport by handling paperwork, registrations, and invoices.
• Resolve delivery issues, such as early registrations or address changes, to ensure smooth handover to customers.
• Process high volumes of automated task reports and internal incidents to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Communicate with Accounts Payable to ensure supplier payment requests are handled on time.
• Assist broader In-life Services team with ad-hoc tasks and project-based initiatives.
