Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Officer (Auto Loan) to process auto loan accounts through compliance checks and document validation in line with LAS, SOPs, and bank policies, within established turn-around times.

The role requires receiving folders, validating loan status at booking, and verifying document completeness from dealers, sellers, and clients. On-site work in Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably of Business Course.
• With at least 2 years' experience in loans documentation gained from a commercial / universal bank or other financial institution.
• Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Receive loan folders from Dealers and CBG Auto Sales Account Officer.
• Check and validate if loan approval is still valid at the time of booking.
• Check the completeness and the acceptability of documents submitted by the Dealers, Sellers and Clients.
