Qualifications

• Experience in Australian real estate or property management is required.
• 1-2 years of Australian real estate or property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PropertyTree, PMe, Ailo, Vault or similar platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance updates and follow-ups.
• Organise tenant onboarding and move-in packs.
• Manage lease renewals and rent arrears follow-ups.
• Process rental applications and related documentation.
• Liaise with tradespeople and ensure timely service delivery.
• Register keys and maintain property records.
• Support with ad hoc administrative tasks.
