About the role
Offshore 24/7 is recruiting a Property Management Administrator to support an Australian property business. For approximately the first six months, you will focus almost entirely on entering, checking and maintaining information in Airtable. Typical records may include property details, owners, leases, tenancies and key dates. Accuracy, attention to detail and consistent use of documented processes are the priorities.
Once the initial database work is established, the role will progressively expand into broader property-management administration. Depending on the client’s priorities, this may include maintaining lease documentation, tracking key dates and compliance records, processing invoices, coordinating maintenance requests and supporting correspondence.
This suits someone with Australian property-management experience who enjoys organised, detailed administration and takes responsibility for checking their work, clarifying missing information and keeping records up to date.
Why this role is worth having
- Build on your Australian property-management experience in a role with scope to broaden your administrative responsibilities
- A clear initial focus on accurate database work, with gradual progression as the work becomes established
- Permanent employment with an on-site team and local HR support
- A 3:30 PM finish — your afternoons stay yours
What you'll do
- Enter and maintain property-management information in Airtable using source documents and the client’s procedures
- Check source documents for completeness before entering them, and flag what's missing rather than filling the gap with a guess
- Run regular quality checks across the database and correct discrepancies you find
- Use agreed fields, views and naming conventions consistently, and flag changes needed to keep records organised
- As the role develops, support wider administration such as lease records, key-date tracking, invoices, maintenance requests and correspondence
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years of administration experience, in any industry
- At least 1 year supporting Australian residential or commercial property management, included within your total administration experience
- A track record of accuracy on high-volume data work, and a real method for checking your own output
- The ability to follow a documented process the same way every time, without needing to be re-told
- Clear written and verbal English for understanding instructions, raising queries and communicating with the team
- Able to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, with dependable attendance and prompt communication if an unexpected issue affects work
Preferred
- Experience with Airtable
- Experience with PropertyTree
- A commercial property background — office, retail, industrial or mixed-use
- Experience with other Australian property platforms such as PropertyMe, Console, Re‑Leased, MRI or Ailo
