Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Property Manager based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role includes an AU Immersion Program, where the selected candidate will travel to Australia every 3 months for on-site experience and training over the next 2 years.

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring excellent tenant relations, timely maintenance coordination, and compliance with legal and financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Management

• Screen and select tenants through background, credit, and reference checks.

• Prepare, manage, and renew lease agreements; handle terminations.

• Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and dispute resolution.

• Oversee move-in and move-out inspections and documentation.

Property Maintenance & Operations

• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works, including emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.

Financial Management

• Collect rent and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage property-related accounts and transactions.

• Develop and monitor property budgets; track income and expenses.

• Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.

Legal & Administrative Duties

• Stay updated with federal, state, and local landlord-tenant laws.

• Enforce lease terms and manage the legal eviction process when required.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks in property operations.

• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid experience in Australian property management or real estate.

• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently.

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel to Australia every 3 months for immersion.

• Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management platforms is a strong plus.
