We are looking for a dedicated and organized Property Manager based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role includes an AU Immersion Program, where the selected candidate will travel to Australia every 3 months for on-site experience and training over the next 2 years.
The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring excellent tenant relations, timely maintenance coordination, and compliance with legal and financial obligations.
Screen and select tenants through background, credit, and reference checks.
Prepare, manage, and renew lease agreements; handle terminations.
Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and dispute resolution.
Oversee move-in and move-out inspections and documentation.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works, including emergencies.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.
Collect rent and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage property-related accounts and transactions.
Develop and monitor property budgets; track income and expenses.
Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
Stay updated with federal, state, and local landlord-tenant laws.
Enforce lease terms and manage the legal eviction process when required.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in property operations.
Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
2–3 years of solid experience in Australian property management or real estate.
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to Australia every 3 months for immersion.
Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management platforms is a strong plus.
