Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a Payroll Officer to support an Australian client in the engineering sector from our Pasig City office. You will handle end-to-end payroll, validate timesheets and leave records, and ensure compliance with taxes and government contributions.

The role requires 1–2 years of Australian payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Office-based work Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00 at Arcovia City, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years Australian payroll experience, end-to-end payroll.
• Experience maintaining payroll data including timesheets, leaves, deductions, taxes, gov contributions and superannuation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; experience with payroll systems, SharePoint, PDF tools.
• High accuracy, confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem solving for payroll discrepancies.
• Strong communication and time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work full-time in Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and validate employee payroll data including timesheets, leave records, and personal details.
• Compute and process payroll deductions such as taxes, government contributions, and superannuation.
• Support payroll data entry and coordinate with senior payroll staff to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, payments, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and ensure high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations.
