Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an organized Finance Administrator to support high-volume payroll and day-to-day finance operations for an Australian client in Pasig.

The role focuses on weekly payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and finance administration, with strong Excel skills and a process-driven mindset. Training on D365 will be provided.

Office-based role in Arcovia City, Pasig, with opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in accounting and finance administration.
• Experience with Payroll, AR/AP, and general finance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of D365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately for a high-volume workforce.
• Perform payroll checks and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
• Process payroll adjustments, back pays, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders for labour hire requirements.
• Review and match invoices against purchase orders and support payment processing.
• Ensure correct account coding and cost allocation across finance transactions.
• Maintain accurate finance records, supporting documents, and transaction files.
• Assist with payroll and finance reporting using Excel.
• Work with internal finance systems, including D365, with training provided.
• Provide additional finance administration support as required.
