enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong Australian payroll expertise to support our growing workforce of ~250 employees. You will handle end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, timesheet administration, and payroll-related reporting.

The successful candidate will work with the onshore Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, leveraging Employment Hero and NetSuite for data management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of Australian payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and EA interpretation.
• Experience using Employment Hero Payroll/HR and high-volume payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for ~250 employees across multiple employment types.
• Validate payroll data, reconcile transactions, and manage adjustments.
• Interpret EA provisions and ensure compliance with Fair Work, superannuation and tax obligations.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reporting; support system improvements.
