Job summary

CYBALINK SOLUTIONS, INC. is hiring a Payroll Officer to support an Australian client in the engineering sector from our Arcovia City, Pasig office.

You will handle end-to-end payroll, ensure accuracy, and maintain data integrity for employees across regions. The role requires 1–2 years of Australian payroll experience, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Australian payroll experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with payroll systems, data entry, and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and validate payroll data including timesheets and leaves.
• Compute deductions, taxes, and government contributions.
• Prepare statutory reports and support month-end/year-end activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth payrolls.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
