Job summary

D2b is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join our AU mortgage operations from the Philippines, with AU business hours. You will own the end-to-end residential loan processing workflow and coordinate with the Principal Broker to ensure smooth, compliant file delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of Australian mortgage processing experience, strong document-reading skills for self-employed income, and proficiency with Connective Mercury/Nexus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in Australian residential mortgage loan processing.
• Ability to read and analyze self-employed income documents and complex tax returns.
• Proficiency with Connective CRM tools (Mercury/Nexus).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end loan processing from application to settlement.
• Review and analyze income documents and ensure BID compliance.
• Maintain CRM data and assist in coordinating with the Principal Broker.
