Job summary

Quality Leads BPO is expanding its team with an IT Business Development Manager to drive new business across Australia. You will build a pipeline for recurring Managed IT Services, engage Australian decision-makers and collaborate with our service teams to close opportunities.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, solution selling and long-term customer relationships, with Australian hours and a remote, international setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience generating new business through outbound prospecting.
• Experience selling recurring monthly services or subscription-based solutions.
• Strong telephone, video meeting and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Strong sales pipeline management and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Managed IT and technology opportunities.
• Develop new customers for recurring Managed IT Services and monthly support agreements.
• Contact Australian businesses and decision-makers to introduce IT & Telco services.
• Conduct discovery calls and online customer meetings.
• Identify opportunities relating to IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, cloud, internet, telecommunications and other technology services.
• Qualify opportunities before involving technical staff for more detailed solution design.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and service agreements with support from the Australian team.
