Job summary

Filta is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian entities. You will handle payroll, BAS, reconciliations, and multi-entity ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the group.

Qualifications include 3–5+ years in Australian accounting, proficiency with Xero/MYOB, and strong organizational skills. The role offers a Philippines-based office setup with ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years bookkeeping experience with Australian businesses or offshore accounting groups.
• Proficient with Australian accounting standards including PAYG, Superannuation, GST, BAS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud accounting platforms: Xero and MYOB.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounts and intercompany transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple entities and cost centers.
• Process, verify, settle supplier invoices and manage receivables/payables.
• Administer Australian payroll, PAYG withholding, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
• Perform monthly bank and GL reconciliations; maintain audit-ready records.
• Prepare and lodge BAS with the Australian Taxation Office.
• Collaborate with Group Manager on month-end close and process improvements.
