Filta Global Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Australian Accountant for a remote role focusing on end-to-end bookkeeping, Australian payroll, and BAS processes across multiple entities. You will work within Manila hours, supporting a growing healthcare-focused client base from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-function bookkeeping with Australian clients.
• Experience with Australian payroll, PAYG, superannuation, GST, BAS.
• Proficiency in Xero and/or MYOB.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple entities and cost centers.
• Process AP/AR, invoices, receipts, and collections to maintain clean ageing ledgers.
• Administer full-cycle Australian payroll including PAYG and leave entitlements.
• Prepare BAS and quarterly lodgments per ATO guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Group Manager on month-end close and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
