Job summary

ConnectOS is hiring a Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple Australian clients from the Philippines. You will process transactions, maintain ledgers in Xero, perform reconciliations, and support payroll and BAS reporting.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Excel.WFH setup, equipment provided, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Minimum 3–4 years bookkeeping experience supporting Australian firms.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero is essential.
• End-to-end bookkeeping across reconciliations, AP and AR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple Australian clients within the practice.
• Process and record financial transactions, including general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain superannuation records.
• Assist with month-end packs and BAS-related reporting.
