Job summary

Filta is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper in the Philippines to manage cloud-based bookkeeping for multiple clients. The role emphasizes accurate ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and timely payroll processing, with IAS/BAS documentation support.

You will work closely with the Director to ensure precise financial data, compliant reporting, and proactive client communication. The position requires strong English communication and the ability to balance multiple accounts daily.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping workflows.
• Ability to maintain general ledger and perform bank reconciliations.
• Proven track record in AP/AR management and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and fortnightly cloud-based bookkeeping workflows for diverse clients.
• Maintain general ledger, complete bank reconciliations, and manage AP/AR accurately.
• Administer timely payroll processing and assist with IAS/BAS documentation.
