Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Payroll Officer to support end-to-end Australian payroll operations in Clark, Philippines. This onsite, full-time role reports to the Payroll Manager and requires handling weekly pay runs, STP lodgments, and month-end reconciliations for a medium-to-large workforce.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of Australian awards/EBAs, and proficiency with major payroll systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid experience in payroll processing.
• Experience interpreting Australian Modern Awards and EBAs.
• Proficient with payroll software and Excel.
• Knowledge of Australian regulatory and taxation rules.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End payroll processing including weekly pay runs.
• Lodge STP reports to ATO and handle payroll tax and superannuation contributions.
• Manage employee lifecycle records and inquiries with confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly reports and year-end reconciliations.
