Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to support the consignment process from contract creation through auction readiness, working onsite in Ortigas during the night shift. You will ensure data accuracy and seamless operations while delivering a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Experience in transaction coordination, operations, or administrative support is preferred.
• You can manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• You have strong written communication and organizational skills.
• You are proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit A and Contract Creation Prepare Exhibit A documents and manage contract entries across internal systems. Ensure all contract details are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
• Asset Entry and Amendments Upload and maintain asset information in the system, ensuring data integrity. Process asset changes, including additions, movements, and cancellations.
• Ownership Documentation Management Handle the end-to-end process of ownership documentation, including Bills of Sale and release forms. Generate, send, track, and verify the completion of documentation workflows. Ensure compliance and readiness for auction transactions.
