Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, an award-winning global outsourcer, is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support the consignment process from contract creation through auction readiness at our Ortigas site. You will ensure data accuracy across systems, manage asset changes and ownership documents, and contribute to a seamless customer experience while working the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools

Responsibilities

• Exhibit A and Contract Creation: prepare Exhibit A documents and manage contract entries across internal systems.
• Asset Entry and Amendments: upload and maintain asset information, process asset changes.
• Ownership Documentation Management: handle the end-to-end process of ownership documents, generate and track documentation workflows, ensure auction readiness.

As a Transaction Coordinator supporting Ritchie Bros., you will complete system-driven transaction tasks from contract creation through auction readiness while helping maintain seamless operations and a strong customer experience.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

You will support the consignment process by completing detail-oriented, system-driven tasks from contract creation through auction readiness. Your work will ensure transaction data remains accurate, complete, and timely, enabling seamless operations and a strong customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Exhibit A and Contract Creation

• Prepare Exhibit A documents and manage contract entries across internal systems.
• Ensure all contract details are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.

Asset Entry and Amendments

• Upload and maintain asset information in the system, ensuring data integrity.
• Process asset changes, including additions, movements, and cancellations.

Ownership Documentation Management

• Handle the end-to-end process of ownership documentation, including Bills of Sale and release forms.
• Generate, send, track, and verify the completion of documentation workflows.
• Ensure compliance and readiness for auction transactions.

• Experience in transaction coordination, operations, or administrative support is preferred.
