Responsibilities

• Collect, review and validate candidate documentation for visa lodgement.
• Prepare and compile documents for Subclass 482 nomination and applications.
• Maintain audit-ready records across candidate files for compliance.
• Coordinate with migration agents, clients and internal teams on progress.
• Produce pipeline reports for workforce planning and client forecasting.
• Manage mobilisation logistics, travel bookings and initial accommodation.
