MicroSourcing seeks an International Mobilisation & Visa Co-ordinator to operate in a hybrid setup at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will manage end-to-end visa processing, liaise with migration agents and Australian clients, and ensure compliance across candidate documentation and timelines.

You will support mobilisation, onboarding readiness, and proactive risk management while maintaining audit-ready records for multiple campaigns. Experience in high-volume international recruitment is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Collect, review and validate candidate documentation for visa lodgement.
• Prepare and compile documentation for Subclass 482 nomination and visa applications.
• Ensure documentation meets DHA requirements and internal standards.
• Identify and resolve gaps or risks before submission.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate between migration agents, Australian clients and internal teams.
• Track application progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Support client reporting with candidate and visa updates.
