Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Eastwood, Quezon City offers a hybrid role for a Visa Processing Coordinator. You will collect, review and validate candidate documentation to ensure completeness and visa lodgement readiness, and prepare documentation for Subclass 482 nominations while maintaining DHA alignment.

You will coordinate with migration agents, Australian clients and internal teams, manage timelines, provide candidate guidance, and support mobilisations and reporting across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be able to collect, review and validate candidate documentation with high accuracy.
• Experience communicating with clients and migration agents.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities
