Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Financial Administrator (AU Payroll) to support Australian payroll processes while working remotely from the Philippines. The role covers payroll inquiries, invoicing, data reconciliation, and NDIA compliance assistance.

Use Xero and PRODA to ensure accurate records and timely processing, with strong attention to detail and communication. The position requires 2+ years in Australian Payroll/Payroll Admin, proficiency in Xero, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Australian Payroll or Payroll Administration.
• Experience with Australian payroll legislation and superannuation.
• Proficient in Xero for invoicing, reconciliations, or payroll processing.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to payroll-related inquiries including pay concerns and PL SL requests.
• Process invoices using the Customer Management System and Xero.
• Reconcile invoice data between internal systems and Xero.
• Manage bookings through PRODA and support NDIA compliance tasks.
• Assist with audits and maintain documentation for financial records and controls.
• Provide finance and admin support to director and stakeholders.
