Job summary

Xemplo Pay, part of the Xemplo group, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate processing of Australian or New Zealand payroll in our Philippines office. You'll work with payroll systems, adhere to established procedures and ensure timely, precise pay runs with careful data checks.

You bring hands-on experience with AU/NZ payroll, a good knowledge of payroll processes, and strong Excel skills. This role offers office-based work in Cebu, with a proactive, detail-focused team

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing Australian or New Zealand payroll.
• Experience using payroll systems and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll inputs.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process Australian or New Zealand payroll data for pay runs.
• Check timesheets, attendance and leave inputs for completeness.
• Follow workflows, controls and processing deadlines.
• Perform checks and reconciliations before payroll finalisation.
• Identify missing or unusual information and escalate as needed.
• Maintain payroll records and support documentation.
