GBSS (Galilee Business Support Services) is seeking a sharp Credit Officer with end-to-end AU mortgage processing experience to own the loan pipeline from intake to settlement.

You will verify documents, manage valuations, run servicing calculations, and ensure policy alignment while driving timely approvals. Strong technical skills with Salestrekker, ApplyOnline, Quickli and related tools are required.

Qualifications

• End-to-end AU mortgage processing experience.
• Ability to verify income, bank statements, and IDs for file integrity.
• Experience reviewing valuations and ensuring policy alignment.
• Proficient with Salestrekker, ApplyOnline, Quickli, and broker portals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End File Ownership & Data Entry: enter loan details into Salestrekker and ApplyOnline with audit-ready submissions.
• Document Verification & Analysis: review payslips, bank statements, and IDs for accuracy.
• Property Valuation Management: order/track valuations; review reports for risk.
• Servicing & Lender Policy Alignment: run calculators; align with lender policies for structuring.
• Pipeline & Approval Tracking: monitor progress to bank approval; resolve bottlenecks.
• AU Mortgage Specialist: handle Australian mortgage processing end-to-end.
• Tech-Savvy: work with Salestrekker, ApplyOnline, Quickli, Property Hub / Valex, MS Office, Google Apps.
• Lender & Valuation Knowledge: navigate broker portals, request pricing, read valuation reports.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: verify income, statements; ensure policy compliance.
• Proactive Problem Solver: keep applications moving and meet tight timelines.
