You will manage a shared inbox, log new claims, track lifecycle, handle calls, and support clients and stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in claims administration in an Australian insurance, financial services or related industry.
• Strong speed and accuracy in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox and action daily claims-related tasks promptly.
• Log new claims accurately into the system and track progress through the claims lifecycle.
• Manage calls as required to follow up on claim-related queries and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide timely support to clients, policyholders, and third parties to ensure seamless claim resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the claims team and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Key Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related program.
• At least 3 years’ experience in claims administration in an Australian insurance, financial services or related industry is a must.
• Strong speed and accuracy in data entry, with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence with digital systems.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Personable, approachable, and committed to providing excellent client service.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am – 3pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Must also be willing to work New Zealand local hours.
