Job summary

AS White Global Philippines is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Professional to support Australian insurers. The role focuses on processing and administration of motor and property claims, liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers to move claims toward prompt closure, while maintaining accurate records.

You will join a collaborative team operating with Australian hours and a hybrid work setup (three days on-site, two from home).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in insurance claims, Australian environment preferred.
• Experience with Property / ISR / Liability / Business Pack claims.
• Proficient in claims admin, documentation, and stakeholder liaison.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing and administration of insurance claims, including preparing and following up correspondence with clients and insurers.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, brokers and other relevant parties to progress and close claims promptly.
• Maintain accurate claims records and regularly update claims status reports.
• Monitor open claims, follow up outstanding actions and ensure timely turnaround of requests.
• Maintain organised filing systems and ensure claims documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Identify matters requiring escalation and ensure all activities are completed in line with relevant policies, procedures and industry requirements.

What You’ll Do

Key Criteria

• MUST possess minimum 3–5 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably within an Australian insurance environment.
• Hands-on experience across Property / ISR / Liability / Business Pack insurance.
• Practical experience in insurance claims, including claims administration, documentation, follow-up and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with experience liaising with insurers, brokers, clients or other insurance stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a professional, customer-focused and collaborative approach.

Work setup

• Australian hours (6am - 3pm, PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days a week to go on-site, 2 days work from home).
