Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a claims specialist to own end-to-end motor and fleet claims within a digital-first environment. You will manage lodgement to finalization and coordinate with insurers, repairers, and stakeholders with clear, proactive communication.

The role requires four+ years handling motor/fleet claims, strong assessment understanding, and excellent written and verbal skills. Hybrid work setup in Manila with Australian hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum four years experience managing motor or fleet claims end to end, preferably within the Australian market.
• Sound understanding of motor repair standards, assessment methodologies, and relevant industry manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience drafting professional correspondence including complaints or escalations.
• Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of motor and fleet claims from lodgement through to finalization, ensuring claims progress efficiently and in line with service expectations.
• Handle ongoing correspondence with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders via email or chat, maintaining proactive follow-ups throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and complete client files within the claims management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
• Conduct claim investigations where required, including reviewing documentation and identifying potential risks or discrepancies.
• Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while working independently and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication, including managing complaints or escalations when required.
