ConnectOS is seeking a skilled bookkeeper to support Australian clients from our Metro Manila team. You will record transactions, reconcile statements, manage payables/receivables, and prepare GST/BAS returns, IAS PAYG, and financial reports.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and clear communication with clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong Xero proficiency, and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

• 3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper.
• Experience working with Australian clients.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software - XERO
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare BAS, GST, IAS (PAYG W)
• Manage payroll and employee expense reimbursements - XERO
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
