BASE Global Solutions Inc. is seeking qualified Bookkeepers to support Australian clients from the Philippines. You will manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of businesses across industries, using cloud accounting tools.

What You'll Do

• Manage and complete the bookkeeping for a portfolio of businesses in a variety of industries.

• Utilize your expertise to handle the following tasks:

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Payroll Processing

  • Bank Reconciliations

  • BAS & IAS Preparation

• Maintain detailed client files and work papers, ensuring compliance with all record-keeping requirements.

• Assist clients with general bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  

Why You'll Excel in This Role

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (e.g., Finance, Taxation).

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping.

• Experience in using up to date technology such as Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks

• Experience handling multiple clients across various industries.

• High attention to detail and precision, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential issues and provide clients with effective solutions.
