Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, including AP/AR, payroll, and GL entries. The role involves reconciling statements, preparing reports, and assisting with budgets while ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

The successful candidate must have extensive Xero experience and 1–3 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, with a certification as a bookkeeper considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and posting.

• Process payroll and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized filing for financial documents.
