Job summary

Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Philippines, is seeking a qualified Bookkeeper with 2–4 years of Australian bookkeeping experience to join a Perth-based team. You will handle daily reconciliations, payroll processing, and BAS/IAS preparation for a diverse SME portfolio.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, familiarity with Xero, MYOB, Karbon, and XPM, and can manage multiple client files to deadline while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar preferred.
• 2–4 years Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with Xero and MYOB.
• Karbon and XPM workflow/time recording experience required.
• Payroll, GST/BAS/IAS knowledge.
• ServiceM8 or Deputy/Employment Hero is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; detail-focused and organized.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily bank reconciliations across client files in Xero and MYOB.
• Match receipts, invoices using Dext or Hubdoc.
• Process payroll and track awards, leave entitlements.
• Prepare BAS/IAS and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financial statements for client managers.
• Prepare client files for onshore review and lodgement.
• Record time and manage jobs in Karbon/XPM.
