Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Virtual Management Accountant to support Australian clients from Metro Manila on a remote, full-time basis with a day shift aligned to AEST.

The role focuses on end-to-end bookkeeping in Xero, payroll processing, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, and BAS/IAS preparation, with strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
• Proficiency in Xero, including payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, BAS/IAS preparation.
• Experience with Xero Projects tracking and reporting.
• Experience in cash-flow forecasting and budget preparation.
• Proficiency using DEXT or Hubdocs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Xero payroll, including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance.
• Handle bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Process bills using DEXT and Hubdocs.
• Prepare payables and receivables reports.
• Manage sales invoicing.
• Track and report Xero projects.
• Prepare BAS/IAS end-to-end.
• Prepare management reports, cash-flow forecasts, and budgets.
• Manage client accounts email inbox.
• Provide professional and timely service to clients.
• Deliver quality bookkeeping tasks and report on problem areas.
