Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in B2B outbound sales or related roles.
• Proven cold-calling experience.
• Ability to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent spoken English and professional telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective Australian trade customers using provided leads.
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach the right decision-makers.
• Speak with business owners, purchasing managers, workshop managers, and other key contacts.
• Introduce Arizon products and trade purchasing program.
• Explain product benefits, pricing, and trade advantages clearly.
• Take opportunities from initial contact through to trade account registration and first order.
