Job summary

Work-1 Manpower Recruitment Services in Makati invites applications for an AU Retail – B2B Sales role. You will handle B2B sales for Australian retail clients, perform outbound calls, and identify opportunities.

You will manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, work with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and aim to meet or exceed sales targets. Candidates should have at least 2 years B2B sales experience, strong English negotiation skills, and willingness to work a shifting

Qualifications

• At least 2 years B2B Sales experience.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, predominantly dayshift.

Responsibilities

• Handle business-to-business (B2B) sales for Australian retail clients.
• Make outbound calls to business customers to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and product presentation to closing and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
