Job summary

AB Business Support Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to own its client acquisition strategy and guide a sales/marketing team in a hybrid Ortigas Center, Pasig City setting. You will drive growth in the AU market with hands-on discovery calls, proposals, and strategic deal closing.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B sales in BPO, professional services, or SaaS, a proven closing track record, and comfort with Australian hours, with room to expand into US/EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in BPO, professional services, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals independently.
• Comfortable with Australian business hours and potential US/EMEA expansion.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine a predictable client acquisition framework from first contact to closed deal.
• Lead growth in AU market by running discovery calls, building proposals, and closing strategic accounts.
• Coach and guide the sales and marketing team to execute the framework daily.
• Direct marketing priorities and messaging based on real-time conversion data.
• Report to the CEO with proposals and pricing reviewed collaboratively.
• Adapt acquisition playbooks as regions or service lines evolve.
